Captain pumperdick's difficult lose weight program!

Sunday May 31,

On the eve of starting a new job tomorrow, I have finally run out of excuses...I have decided to get my diet in order and undergo my own personal paleo challenge. My love for inhaling vast amounts of food is insatiable. But I believe if I can stick with this long enough to see some real changes in my body composition and my times/scores at the gym, then I may be able to do this for good.

I'm not really sure about how to go about this, but I know all the rules of Zone/Paleo inside out. To quote the old hockey metaphor, I'll take this 'one day at a time.'

I'll be taking my measurements tomorrow and posting my meals from then on in.
I am giving myself 2 cheats meals a week. Usually Saturday's mix of food and booze is a hormonal disaster, so maybe I'll just declare Saturday eve to Sunday morning as my cheat time. Sort of like the Sabbath, but with debauchery. Hell, I've never done this before so who knows...

I know Ursula will be watching me very closely. Hopefully some of my CFTO buds check in from time to time.
