The day started grand....
Breakfast - 7:30 am
1 carton (350 g) of egg whites
1 orange
1 tblspn olive oil
7 almonds
Lunch - 12:30
1 turkey breast about 5 oz.
2-2.5 blocks of broccoli with 1 tblspn olive oil
10 almonds.
I estimate about 15-20 almonds between 2pm and 5pm as I was nervous and reached for the closest food available....
8pm - CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A gentlemen never kisses and tells you know, but.................
I was meeting some friends from school and had this planned for over a week.
That said, this is my first of two allowed cheat meals for the week ending June 6, 2009 (Sunday is the last day of the week, I don't care what anyone says).
As proof of my commitment, I hereby SCHEDULE my next cheat meal to be the eve of Saturday June 6.
