Breakfast -7:45am
4 oz turkey breast
1 egg
1 orange
10 almonds
Lunch-12:30pm
5 oz. Turkey breast
about 2-2.5 blocks of broccoli with 1.5 tblspn olive oil
6 almonds
Dinner – 9:55 pm (holy shit I’m Hungry)
10 strawberries
10 olives
2 lamb chops ( I was starving, fuck portion control)
