Breakfast
1 Turkey cutlet
1 orange
Lunch – 12:30pm
1 turkey breast
Broccoli with Olive oil
Random handfuls of nuts throughout the day
Dinner – 6:30pm
5 or 6 or 7 slices of prosciutto
Two big salads with tomato, iceberg lettuce, and way too much dressing
Some dark chocolate chips from the Bulk Barn (no sugar added),
(If this counts as a cheat meal, then it is pretty pathetic)
