Breakfast - 8am
2 chciekn burgers (consists of ground chicken meat formed into burgers by my lovely wife)
1 orange
6 almonds
Lunch - 12:30pm
WENT TO RED LOBSTER WITH WORK TEAM - OH WHAT WILL I DO!
One skewer of shrimp (cooked with garlic and butter)
One skewer of scallops (same)
One small lobster tail delightfully dipped in butter.
3 forkfuls of rice
Perrier sparkling water to drink
Dinner #1 -6pm
One chicken breast with a little ketchup
Tomato and cucmber salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
One Avocado
Dinner # 2 - 9:30pm - 11pm
One beer - father in law had it waiting for me as I stepped into the house, poured and everything - couldn't say no.
Some homemade sausage
Some extra lean ham -not exactly paleo but what the fuck! I was fucking hungry. Very frustrated at that time.
w2.5 glasses of red wine.
Felt good cause I wasn't drunk when I went to sleep.
