Breakfast -7:45am
4 eggs with a lot of olive oil
1 orange
Lunch -12:30pm
FORGOT LUNCH AT HOME TODAY, TRIED IN VAIN TO EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY THAT WASN'T EXPENSIVE.
two stuffed peppers (mostly rice, not so much meat)
Greek salada (at least the portion was small)
ate random smal hanfuls of nuts t/o the day
Dinner - 8:15pm
nice piece of turkey breast
4 asparagus stalks
some mixed spinach and pepper with a smidgeon of olive oil.
1 small avocado
